        C. Gregg Conroy, founder of the firm, has more than 40 years experience in Employee Benefits, Compensation and Human Resources. He started his career as a group life and health underwriter, later moving into other areas of responsibility in group health and pensions. His corporate human resources involvement began in 1984. Since then he has worked for corporations, consulting and record keeping firms in a variety of roles and responsibilities. His corporate affiliations have included Fortune 500 companies, a major national retailer and two international manufacturing companies. From 2002 until his retirement from the position at the beginning of 2018 he was the executive director of an industry association non-profit MEWA serving members across Tennessee.

        Mr.Conroy earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and later earned the designations of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, Professional in Human Resources, Senior Professional in Human Resources and Compensation Management Specialist. He is a former Fellow in the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists and, as adjunct faculty, has taught CEBS courses and parts of the Certified Financial Planner curriculum. A published author and speaker on compensation and benefits topics, he is also a frequent contributor to national discussions on various human resource issues. He has been quoted in diverse publications ranging from Employee Benefit News to The Los Angeles Times to Business Insurance.

        Mr. Conroy is a long-time member of the Middle Tennessee Employee Benefits Council (MTEBC), where he currently serves and has served as an officer of the organization for more then twenty years.
